GTM

👉 Aligns sales and marketing efforts
👉 Coordinates product launches
👉 Builds market strategy

With that, sales is part of GTM.
But GTM is also much more than that.

Sales focuses on immediate revenue.
GTM shapes long-term success.

If you use them interchangeably, you’ll lose focus on
key sales tactics. This weakens your market strategy.
