This deal killer is never discussed in SaaS training.

Implementation.

Yes, timing matters.

Budget is also crucial.

And a big problem to fix.

But even if you check all those

and you're talking to the right DM

You might still not move fwd yet-

because your DM is still worried. 

Most sellers promise plug & play

but in 95% of cases it's really not.

You still need hand holding – with

that comes their time commitment.

They will pull their most important

resource away for a project w/ you.

Aka: Their team also has to buy in.

What's the best way to overcome it?

Communicate as early as possible 

what the road ahead will look like!

Don't beat around the bush with any

road bumps that you've seen before.

Be as transparent as possible, and

be already show them real solutions.

If done well, it'll reduce their worries 

by a lot and make you trustworthy, too.

Bonus: Already include the project plan

in your decks and website. Why that?

It will make an implementation with you

more realistic and tangible in their head.
