Pod Interview: Bruce Swan, Sr. Director in CX (London)
I interviewed my former client and now friend, Bruce Swan, a Sr. Director in the CX area.
We've been having these chats as mutual mentoring sessions since 2021, meeting every three weeks.
This time, we decided to record our conversation. Bruce is one of the smartest people I've met in my industry.
We've covered a lot of ground, including his background growing up in South Africa, becoming an executive at a hyper-scale company at 24, evolving as a leader over time, and still being a dedicated family man and father.
(He's also a crypto and angel investor, a certified coach, and works with troubled teens.)
There will be more of these chats, where I'll interview people I find interesting. Some cool people from my network have already agreed to participate, coming from various fields.
Startups and sales will be part of the discussions, often serving as a backdrop for personal development and lifestyle, my favorite topics.
I've been working on the YouTube channel for a few days to get into the habit of speaking into a camera and editing (LOTS of room to grow, including getting a new camera).
